  • We provide replacement cost for the contents of your home.
  • You can choose a cash settlement on your total loss if you decide not to rebuild.
  • We automatically include coverage for identity fraud, home banking records, mortgage re-negotiation, land restoration, and personal computers and computer records.
  • We waive your deductibles when losses exceed $50,000.
  • We offer optional coverage enhancements for professionals.

If you rent a property you own to someone else, you also have the option to insure only the structure and not the contents.
