Atlantic Mutual Has Fewest Auto Owner Complaints,
According to Four Years of Data Tracked by New York State

New York, NY, (February 14, 2006) - Atlantic Mutual has had fewer consumer complaints about auto insurance upheld by the New York State Insurance Department than any other company over the past four years. Each year, the Department investigates thousands of complaints from auto insurance consumers and decides which are of merit, or "upheld." Atlantic Mutual has averaged only one complaint per year over the past four years. The most recent report was issued in December 2005.

When ranked by complaint ratio – the number of upheld complaints relative to the amount of premium written – Atlantic Mutual also had one of the best (lowest) complaint ratios based on four years of data.
